ABOUT THIS COURSE: Working with clients who have dementia calls for specialized knowledge and skills. This class is designed to unfold the “typical” progression for Alzheimer’s type dementia and explores doula methods to attend to the dying when dementia is present. INELDA’s Navigating Dementia class is intended for death doulas who have completed an end-of-life doula training. Classes will meet for 4 sessions with one optional group Q&A with your educator(s).

COST: $395

Optional group Q&A:
Following the class, participants will have the option to meet for an additional 1 hour group discussion with the educator(s)

- Participation in our online sessions requires internet access and the use of a computer, tablet, or phone with audio & video capabilities.
- As part of the coursework, participants will receive a PDF workbook to download/print prior to beginning the first session.
