Get to know others in your INELDA doula community through small member groups, introduction to new tools and approaches, and shared stories. Bring your joys, fears, excitement, and curiosity. The meetups will be varied in style and include connecting in breakout groups, partner and member presentations, self-care offerings, and opportunities to practice your doula approach.
About this month’s meetup:
The weather is something all people are familiar with and we use many descriptors for it. We will consider how the weather makes us feel and act and then look internally at our own weather forecast. Next we will consider our own mortality and write a weather report for how we feel about our mortality.
Each meetup will be held for 1 hour via Zoom and led by an INELDA team member. We will meet on the 3rd Thursday of each month.
Our hour together will include a welcome ritual, interactive activities in break-out rooms to share, and collective reflection, so come ready to engage.
