Lauren Baldwin has over 10 years of experience leading projects and programs in nonprofit startups, primarily in roles focusing on operations and strategy. She has worked in organizations responding to challenges facing communities across various contexts, spanning issue areas including ethical Artificial Intelligence, social business innovation, human trafficking, and HIV/AIDS advocacy. Lauren is passionate about organizational change and process improvement to ensure teams (and the impact they seek to create and measure) are as sustainable as possible. She has worked in Washington DC, New York, San Francisco, and Uganda, and currently works in private philanthropy in Dallas, TX.
Lauren holds a bachelor of arts degree in art history with a minor in nonprofit management from Pepperdine University, and a master of public administration in international development degree from the University of York. She appreciates INELDA’s dedication to increasing access to and understanding of compassionate and holistic end-of-life care.
