ABOUT THIS TRAINING: The Bridge End-of-Life Doula Training is designed for those seeking to explore the latest concepts and techniques in our current end-of-life doula curriculum. If you completed INELDA training before July 2024 or trained with another doula organization, this course will provide valuable updates and insights.
For those interested in applying for INELDA’s year-long certification program who have not yet taken INELDA’s End-of-Life Doula Training or Hospice Doula Training, the Bridge course offers a direct pathway to eligibility.
Participants will receive a Certificate of Completion upon the successful completion of all course requirements.

Required Sessions
This class will meet for 1 session as follows (all times shown are Eastern Time):

Note on Workbook Orders:
- To receive your physical workbook on time, please place your order at least 6 days before the first day of training.
- Late registrants are encouraged to use the expedited shipping option or access the PDF version available 2 weeks before the start date.
Additional Details
- Training Format:
- This training includes an estimated 3-4 hours of self-paced videos, journaling, and participation in online discussion forums.
- Live Sessions – Interactive sessions conducted via Zoom. Participation requires a computer, tablet, or phone with audio and video capabilities, as well as reliable internet access.
- Postwork – Estimated 2 hours of independent exercises and continued engagement in discussion forums.
- Workbooks and Materials:
- After registering, you will receive a physical workbook via UPS as part of your course fees.
- Important: To receive your physical workbook by the first day of training, you must place your order at least 6 days before the first day of training. Expedited shipping is available at your expense.
- A PDF version of the workbook will be accessible 2 weeks before the first day of training for all learners, ensuring full participation regardless of when the physical copy arrives.
- Certificate of Completion and Continuing Education:
- To receive an INELDA Certificate of Completion, participants must complete all prework, attend all required live sessions, and complete the postwork.
- Completing this training qualifies INELDA members to be listed on our Doula Directory and to proceed with our Certification process.
