Over the past 40+ years of working with LGBTQ+ elders, SAGE has built deep expertise on LGBTQ+ aging issues. Learn about:

• SAGECollab, a nationwide project with non-profit partners to deliver care.
• SAGECare, the education arm of the organization expanding cultural competent training.
• Long-Term Care Equality Index (LEI), an assessment tool to promote equitable and inclusive care for LGBTQ+ older people in residential long-term care communities.

Together we will explore these projects and discover how they apply to care delivery for LGBTQ+ older people in your community. Learn ways to support this population who is twice as likely to be single and live alone.
