Rementomakes it easy to transform precious memories into a keepsake book of stories without writing a single word. Remento turns weekly recorded reflections about topics selected by family members into written stories, shares them across the family each week, and prints them into a physical keepsake with pages that link directly to the recorded content in the digital hub. Weekly memories can be shared from any device with no logins or downloads required.
The app was developed after founder Charlie Greene, Remento’s CEO, sought to capture footage of his mother and her stories after she received a cancer diagnosis. When he was growing up, the camcorder documented much of their family life in the ’90s, but he and his sister realized they did not have footage that captured who she was in the years that followed.
“Whether it’s reflections on monumental moments or the joys of everyday life, we built Remento to help break down barriers across generations and breed connection through curiosity,” said Charlie. “After all, there’s no better way to understand our own story than by listening to the stories of others.”
Remento can be purchased directly from Remento’s website.
