Ariel Leath

Ariel Leath has spent her adulthood in the Appalachian mountains in both rural and urban environments, which grounds her passion for the community and natural environment she inhabits. She supports organizations that increase health equity and justice for all humans. Ariel is a fiber artist and crafter, an advocate for animal rescue, and loves taking road trips in her camper van with her partner and their pup.

She served on the Green Burial Council board of directors (2022-2026), was a Jewish Healthcare Foundation’s Death & Dying and Patient Advocacy Fellow, worked as the CCAC End-of-Life Nursing Resource Specialist, and currently volunteers as a Pediatric Palliative Care Coalition volunteer while finishing her MA in Bioethics (Summer ’26).
