Adrian Molina is a writer, trauma-informed coach, yoga teacher, and end-of-life doula based in Miami Beach. For more than two decades he has worked with trauma-affected communities and first responders in hospitals, shelters, prisons, and hospices. Originally from Buenos Aires, he began his journey teaching yoga in New York City before moving into trauma recovery work. Adrian’s practice is rooted in the belief that healing arises from both professional knowledge and lived experience. Outside of his work, he finds peace by the ocean, on his bike, and in quiet moments of writing.
“When my mom passed away in 2017 my world turned upside down. Her death changed me in ways I could not have imagined, and for a time I felt completely lost. She gave me the gift of life, but the most sacred gift she offered was allowing me to be her caregiver as she was dying. A few years after she transitioned, I came across an ad for INELDA. Something in me knew it was part of my path. I signed up for the next available training in New York and completed my first training in 2020.”
Adrian wears many hats, but the ones he wears most proudly are Certified Trauma Professional, writer, Peer Recovery Support Specialist, and trauma-informed yoga teacher.
