“I was drawn to INELDA’s mission, values, and collaborative organizational approach. I deeply care about diversity and equity for all and am grateful to be part of an organization that shares and actively upholds those values.”
As a birth doula, she supported families in navigating their birth experiences through compassionate care, education, and advocacy. Alisha looks forward to supporting INELDA’s learners and continuing her commitment to family-centered care. Alisha has a deep passion for all people having autonomy, tenderness and support as they meet life’s transitions. An avid reader and music lover, Alisha can often be found enjoying live music or spending time outdoors with her dog, Bowie.
