Zuri McLeod is an advocate for intersectional neurodivergency, mental health, and accessibility. Diagnosed as autistic in adulthood, Zuri is passionate about creating awareness around both visible and invisible disabilities and differences. When she’s not working, Zuri enjoys reading, traveling, going to concerts, diving into creative projects, and exploring the boroughs of New York City on foot.
“I’ve never been someone who’s content with working just for a paycheck. INELDA’s mission to raise awareness about the importance of end-of-life care and make it more accessible deeply resonates with me. Being part of something that creates meaningful change is what truly drives me.”
Zuri is an INELDA-trained end-of-life doula. Her background is in social services, mental health support, and administration. She has provided emotional support for survivors of sexual harm as well as people in emotional crisis.
