Join us for a wide-ranging conversation with BJ Miller a hospice and palliative care specialist at UCSF Medical Center in San Francisco, CA. He previously served as the Executive Director of the Zen Hospice Project. BJ gave an inspirational and well-received TED talk in 2015. His personal story and work to change the way our healthcare system handles dying was featured in the New York Times Magazine in 2017. BJ also has a role the film End Game, which is nominated for an Oscar this year in the category of Best Documentary Short. And, in July, Simon & Schuster will release his book, A Beginner’s Guide to the End, co-written by Shoshana Berger.
