COURSE REFUND POLICY
The International End-of-Life Doula Association reserves the right to cancel a course at any time. If INELDA cancels a course, you will receive a full refund for the course or have the option to transfer to a future course. INELDA is not responsible for any other expenses incurred by the learner if a course is canceled.
Unless otherwise stated within course descriptions our refund policy is described below:
- Refunds are available (less a $25 processing fee) up to fourteen days before the start of your course and prior to accessing any of the prework online materials.
- Nonrefundable credit toward a future INELDA course is available if you give notice between thirteen and one day(s) before your course. Credit may be applied to the same course at a future date.
- No credit or refund is available if you cancel the day of the course; if you do not show up; or if you leave a course early for any reason.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CLASS REFUND POLICY
The Business Development Class is not eligible for a refund after purchase.
MEMBERSHIP REFUND POLICY
Membership is non-refundable and non-transferable.
