COURSE REFUND POLICY
The International End-of-Life Doula Association reserves the right to cancel a course at any time. If INELDA cancels a course, you will receive a full refund for the course or have the option to transfer to a future course. INELDA is not responsible for any other expenses incurred by the learner if a course is canceled.
Unless otherwise stated within course descriptions our refund policy is described below:
- Refunds are available less a $75 administrative and materials fee if the learner has not accessed prework. If a learner has accessed prework a nonrefundable credit will be available for 6 months.
- Nonrefundable credit toward a future INELDA course is available if you give notice between thirteen and one day(s) before your course. Credit may be applied to the same course at a future date.
- No credit or refund is available if you cancel the day of the course; if you do not show up; or if you leave a course early for any reason.

CLASS & WORKSHOP REFUND POLICY
Classes and Workshops are eligible for a refund up to one week before the start date if the learner has not accessed any of the class or workshop materials online. Cancellations within one week are eligible for a one time transfer within 6 months.

CERTIFICATION PROGRAM REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds for this program. Each cohort has a limited number of spaces, and our educators are deeply committed to providing dedicated support throughout the year. However, as outlined in our attendance policy, transfers may be considered in cases of extenuating circumstances and will be reviewed on an individual basis. In the event a transfer is granted you will have a one year period to begin with a cohort. If you choose not to join a cohort within the one year period, you can reapply for the certification program at a time that works for you. Submission of a new registration form and full program fees will be required.
