Partnerships between end-of-life doulas and funeral directors have grown in recent years. For this webinar, INELDA and the National Funeral Directors Association have partnered together to bring you two voices from within the community. Embalmer and funeral director, Amanda Marie Ellis King, CFSP and spiritual director and celebrant, Jackie Naginey Hook, MA will talk about how their end-of-life doula training has informed their work.
We will discuss the complementary roles of doulas and funeral directors in providing compassionate and comprehensive end-of-life care. Our conversation will center around the district roles each plays to honor the wishes of individuals and their circle of care.
Join us to learn how to foster successful collaboration that benefits both the funeral home and the families served, creating meaningful and personalized end-of-life experiences.
INELDA educator and after-death care coordinator Kim Stravers, will moderate this conversation, guiding attendees through this engaging conversation.
