Neiasha Russell is a certified grief counselor and a certified child and adolescent grief counselor. She brings her deep insight and compassionate perspective to various platforms, engaging audiences in meaningful conversations around death, dying, and grief. Neiasha is also the founder and executive director of Harriett’s Daughters®, Inc., which provides support for girls affected by maternal cancer loss. Additionally, she is an INELDA-trained end-of-life doula and the founder of Instructions for Tomorrow®, LLC. She offers vital support to individuals who are planning for death, facing a life-threatening or terminal illness, or navigating the final stages of life. She is the author of Life’s Final Chapters, a guided journal that helps individuals explore their thoughts and feelings around death, dying, and grief.

“While conversations around death and dying can feel difficult, I believe they are an essential part of the human experience. My goal is to ease the fear and discomfort surrounding these topics by nurturing spaces and communities where exploration, understanding, and acceptance can take root.”

Through her YouTube channel, Death, Dying, and Grief… and Everything In Between, Neiasha extends her work to a wider audience, offering practical guidance and personal reflections that help normalize end-of-life conversations.
