COURSE ATTENDANCE POLICY
In order to receive a record of completion for a course, a learner may not miss more than 2 cumulative hours throughout the duration of a single course. If a record of completion is not important to you, you may continue in the course even if you no longer meet the attendance requirement.

For our ONLINE End-of-Life Trainings…
You may transfer one time to another end-of-life doula training within 6 months if you miss more than 2 cumulative hours. A transfer requires starting from the beginning of the training.
Some of our Online End-of-Life Doula Training schedules offer optional Review sessions. You will be able to attend a Review session as a make up option in the event that you have missed more than 30 consecutive minutes of a required training session; otherwise you may transfer one time within the following six months and begin the training over.
Review sessions will not be offered for our Immersive EOLD Training or our In-person Training. These trainings will require your full attendance at all required sessions. Reprocessing sessions are for further reflection integration of learning and do not qualify as a make up option.

For Classes and Workshops…
Transfers to another class or workshop, to make up missed time, will not be permitted. If you are unable to attend or miss your class or workshop, we invite you to repurchase the course when it’s convenient for you. Refunds will not be issued for class/workshops missed.
