COURSE ATTENDANCE POLICY
In order to receive a record of completion for a course, a learner may not miss more than 30 consecutive minutes throughout the duration of a single course. If a record of completion is not important to you, you may continue in the course even if you no longer meet the attendance requirement.

For our ONLINE End-of-Life Trainings…
You may transfer one time within 6 months if you miss more than 30 consecutive minutes and begin the training over.
Our Online End-of-Life Doula Training schedule offers optional Q&A sessions. You will be able to attend a Q&A (one time only) as a make up option in the event that you have missed more than 30 consecutive minutes of a required training session; otherwise you may transfer one time within the following six months and begin the training over.
Q&A sessions will not be offered for our Intensive EOLD Training, Hospice EOLD Training, Refresher EOLD Training, or Caregiver Support Training. These trainings will require your full attendance at all required sessions.

- End-of-Life Doula Training (Online, In-Person, Intensive)
- End-of-Life Doula Training Refresher
- Hospice End-of-Life Doula Training
- Caregiver Support Training
For Classes and Workshops…
Transfers to another class or workshop, to make up missed time, will not be permitted. If you are unable to attend or miss your class or workshop, we invite you to repurchase the course when it’s convenient for you. Refunds will not be issued for class/workshops missed.
